keeping myself sane is one of the toughest jobs on earth.

i can't stop thinking, and when you think too much,

("too much of anything is bad.")

you try to see deeper than the surface into every action and every gesture you observe,

and you see a whole new level of truth,

and what does that lead to?

knowing the truth might make you feel more pain than otherwise.

how would you know that your "truth" is the truth?

or is it simply your perception stirring you up.

i try to stop,

but in the end,

we come full circle.
